Womens & Girls Touch Rugby Comp. 6.00pm Kick off.
Kids Crossfit competition - 6pm start.
Saturday 2nd May
Adults Crossfit - 9am start
Mixed Netball - 11am start
Mens Touch Rugby - 2pm start
Chance Camp will be providing coaching sessions and skill challenges through out the day for 4 -14 year olds.
Crossfit Adults
A Hybrid fitness mixed pairs event. Test your strength and fitness accross 4-5 workouts. Running, Ergs, Strength tests and more.
No high skills on the rig or olympic weightlifting. Challenging test for all levels in the great outdoors. With views onto Skiddaw and the crummock valley, its an outstanding competition venue.

There will be a MC throughout the event and DJ sets throughout the weekend. Entetainment will take place in the clubhouse on the friday evening from 9pm and 6pm on the Saturday.

After the pool stages all teams will progress to the cup or plate competition.

Spot prizes will be given out throughout the event for Fancy Dress, dancing and singing.
Fancy Dress
Team fancy dress encouraged and prizes awarded for best themed team. Fancy dress can be worn for the netball, rugby or the entertainment afterwards or both.
